“Aux Marquises”, early in the morning, on a beautiful summer day, you may be at breakfast in the courtyard, waiting for the sun to come and caress your shoulders. That's when a slight noise will make you look up. It is probably that of a balloon loaded with a few people flying over the slate roofs.
