Chez Léonard is a 70m² loft designed apartment.

One of the oldest alleys in Saumur gives access to this apartment, designed as a loft, which is housed on the first floor of a historic 15^th century dwelling. You will definitely feel at home on top of the grand staircase : it takes you back to the Gutenberg and Leonardo da Vinci times.

The apartment is structured by oak beams which have crossed centuries and see to the decor and the comfort you expect. The facilities, bathroom and bedding are brand new.
